About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team at Healthy Home Care Solutions. The RN will play a critical role in providing direct nursing services during the initial stages of our business and will be instrumental in supervising home health aides and nursing staff as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a home care setting.
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Supervise home health aides and other nursing staff, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and agencies to provide a seamless patient care experience.
Participate in the recruitment and prescreening of potential new hires to maintain a qualified and reliable team.
Provide training and continuous professional development opportunities for nursing staff and aides.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and ethical standards as required.
Requirements
Active RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program.
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in home health care preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work compassionately with patients and their families.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively.
Ability to respond to emergency situations promptly and competently.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
